Although I have been playing at MyBet Casino for quite some time now, It’s taken a while for me to really appreciate the full product as I mainly signed up to play their Novomatic and Aristocrat slot games but, having now familiarised myself a bit more with the other games, decided it was time to add it to my casino reviews here on TCC.

It’s worth noting that I only add casinos that I play (and like!) myself to the site and as I have played at MyBet pretty much every month since I first signed up in 2011, it definietly now qualifies as one of the best online casinos I play.

The Games

I may as well start with the slot games as that’s where I first came in. Most slot players will be familiar with games like Book Of Ra, Reel King, Pompeii or Dolphin’s Pearl I suspect and MyBet Casino licences these games – with plenty of others – from Novomatic and Aristocrat. They also throw in Net Entertainment games for some variation although I prefer the former myself.

Beyond slots, there are a lot of blackjack games (including single deck), red dog, hold-em, pai gow, 3 card poker and plenty of other card games along with craps and roulette variants of course. The MyBet Live Casino is also pretty good I am told although I don’t really like playing at live tables myself and it currently offers live roulette (European), blackjack and baccarat. Throw in a poker room with plenty of qualifiers like the CPT and freerolls of course, along with the sports betting product and the whole suite of games at MyBet is pretty comprehensive.

Customer Service

As some of you may know, MyBet has a strong presence in Germany and sponsors several sports teams. Although the casino is aimed at English and European markets, a lot of the back-office is run from Austria. This does mean – as you might expect – that customer support errs on the side of efficiency more than friendliness! That’s not a criticism but don’t expect flowery “how are you today?” type support. It gets to the point and as far as I can see (so far, anyway!) seems to work well.

CSR Responnse times are timely enough but one thing I have noticed is that any changes you request (ie: deposit limit increases or address changes) do seem fairly strictly controlled. For example, you can decrease your deposit limit when you log in but you can only increase it by formal request and by answering verification questions and – sometimes – providing justification.

As far as payouts go then once again, efficiency is the key. Expect to go through the standard “KYC” (“Know Your Customer”) ID requirements that every online casino is required to do at some point but at MyBet, expect this to be done pretty sharpish. Payment processing times are also good and short plus there is noreverse pending trap at MyBet to delay processing which is good. You request a cashout and it is done. As it should be.

Overall

While the sheer number of casino games perhaps isn’t as comprehensive as at, say a Microgaming casino like 32Red (see my 32Red casino review), what there is at MyBet casino is very good and cashouts and service is on a par. MyBet casino only offers ‘Instant Play’ (browser-based, no-download) games but it is the only online casino I can think of right now that has both Aristocrat and Novomatic slots. While it doesn’t have the land-based IGT games like Paddy Power Games, the slots MyBet casino does have are very good.

As far as bonuses go, there aren’t many dished out at MyBet – the occasional freebie and a modest monthly loyalty bonus is about all I have seen so far, although there is a signup bonus package (subject to the usual stringent term restrictions of course!)

If you want a simple, efficient and generally well-rounded casino then MyBet casino is a good choice although there are a fair few countres that won’t be accepted – the registration form “Country” dropdown on the MyBet site is the easiest way to see who is and isn’t.
